The client uses a computer system and specialized technology (hardware and software) to monitor their training at home or office.   Home training is designed to practice the strategies given during your weekly session.

    We are equipped to handle after-hour support and assistance as needed. Training sessions are conducted weekly, and support is provided by text, email, or phone consultation. You will need to find  30 minutes to one hour at least 3-4 times per week in order to change habits. We provide support along the way in between training sessions. We also provide remote sessions via remote desktop to make it convenient for you.
