I originally pursued the Respiras training as a recommendation from Dr. Seaman, DDS to help stop the grinding of my teeth. I knew that at the rate I was going, I would have no teeth by age 30 and probably destroy my stomach with all the prescription headache medications I was taking.
I haven’t had any migraines, jaw pain or clenching since the Respiras Breathing training. Relaxing is easier, I sleep better, and I have more energy throughout the day. Also, I can handle difficult business related events such as business presentations with better focus. Public settings have definitely become easier for me now that I know how to avoid tensing up and becoming nervous.
It’s interesting how proper breathing was able to help me during our last climb up in the mountains. There were some sketchy parts, but just focusing on your breathing definitely takes your mind off the danger and keeps you in the zone.
I place health at the top of my priorities because your personal life, business life, and everyday experiences will dwindle away if you have poor health. Thankfully, the Respiras program gives me a huge edge in all these categories because I can use it for performance and relaxation. It's truly amazing how many aspects of your life can change for the better by simply changing your breathing habits.
